How long will it take to fill a position?
Normally it takes 3 to 6 weeks to fill a position depending on chosen methods and schedule.

How does RaaS differ from Talent Finder?
RaaS recruiter works for your company part time as a consultant focusing solely on your assignments, whereas in Talent Finder we have an on-going recruitment agreement but you have no control on how much time our recruiters use their time for your assignments.

We have a project coming up. Do we hire one consultant or get to use multiple consultants at once?
We’ll discuss this based on what’s best for your company. Only the amount of hours is agreed beforehand.

Where would the Notarec-consultant work?
Remotely, onsite, depending on the nature of work and what’s best for your company. However, we suggest that in order to get the best possible results, it would be good for the consultant to work some of the allocated hours in customer’s premises in order to blend in.

We need a part-time HR professional for the season, is that ok?
Absolutely. If you wish to hire a HR expert, check our One of Us-model. HR specialists for part time or for projects. Flexible contracts – changes with 7 days’ notice.

Can I decide who is going to work for us?
Of course! You get to interview our HR professionals before making the decision.

How do I know if I should choose Not Another Recruiter or Not Another HR?
We go through your requirements together and give you a proposal based on it. However, Not Another Recruiter is suitable when you need help with recruitment, and Not Another HR when there’s a long-term project (regarding i.e. HRD, HR audit, onboarding, employer branding) or you require a part time HR.

I recruit 1-2 times a year, should I choose Talent Finder or RaaS?
If you wish to have a transparent and effective one-time recruitment, we suggest you choose RaaS. We can always put the contract on hold when there are no assignments to fill.

I have other recruitment partners, can I also use them?
Absolutely. Our contracts are non-exclusive.

What is your probation warranty?
If you hire someone and they leave by the end of probation, we share risks whether you choose to pay everything at once or by installments.
